Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for full-time employees across multiple legal entities within the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and other employee payments.
• Handle payroll-related tax calculations and compliance, including PPh 21, tax treatment of natura and benefits in kind, and preparation of employee annual tax returns (SPT Tahunan).
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy before processing payments.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with the latest Indonesian labor, taxation, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, employee tax documentation, and supporting reports.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee payroll-related inquiries.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, and continuous improvements to payroll processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll taxation, particularly PPh 21, tax treatment of natura and benefits in kind, and SPT Tahunan preparation.
• Good understanding of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and calculations.
• Brevet A/B certification is preferred.
• Experience handling payroll for multiple legal entities or working with a payroll service provider is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
