The Egg Harbor City Public School District has the following position available for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year:

• Payroll Specialist

JOB FUNCTION:

• The administration of the district's business functions, including, but not limited to payroll, pension, and employee benefits, to provide the maximum services for the financial resources available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma
• Minimum experience as determined by the board
• Effective bookkeeping skills and demonstrated proficiency in data processing and use of automated office equipment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in a school business office setting is preferred
• Required criminal history check and proof of U.S.citizenship or resident alien status

REPORTS TO: Business Administrator

SALARY: Minimum Salary $65,000, salary commensurate with experience
