What You'll Do

• Process full-cycle payroll for U.S. operations using Paylocity.
• Administer payroll-related deductions, taxes, and employee records.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.
• Act as a local HR Assistant in Grand Rapids conducting onboarding, employee relations and HR administrative activities.
• Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries.

What You'll Bring

• 2-5+ years of payroll experience.
• Full-cycle payroll processing experience required.
• Paylocity experience is an asset.
• Benefits administration experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and task driven is a must.
