Payroll Specialist Israel

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist in Israel to join our regional EEMEA Payroll team as a maternity leave replacement for 1 year.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, HR Shared Services, and external payroll providers.

• Own accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Israeli regulations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, HR Shared Services and Global Mobility .
• Work closely with our payroll provider, Hilan , and other external partners.
• Handle payroll data, benefits, time & attendance, employee changes, taxation and social insurance.
• Support SOX controls, audits, payroll reporting and bank payment processes.
• Participate in regional projects and collaborate with colleagues across EEMEA.

What you bring

• 3+ years of payroll experience , preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers; Hilan experience is a strong advantage .
• Experience with Workday, SAP or similar HR systems — an advantage.
• Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive and service-oriented approach.
