Payroll Specialist / Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, payroll calculation, and payroll reporting.
• Attendance record handling.
• Handle employees’ HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain staff records and update HRIS system.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder
• At least 1 year of human resources experience in payroll processing.
• Well-versed knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
• Self-motivated, Responsible, meticulous with good numeric sense.
• Good in PC applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
