Payroll Specialist (Part-Time)

3Q Investments, located in Lancaster, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team! This is a new part-time position. 3Q Investments is the parent company of three rapidly growing manufacturing subsidiaries (Clark Cup, Regal Foods, and Sierra Hygiene).

This is a part-time position. Ideally, we are looking for someone Monday - Thursday for 4-5 hours a day. A hybrid schedule is available after a 60 day probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record biweekly payroll with a high level of accuracy
• Respond and resolve employee payroll issues
• Help streamline processes and procedures
• Work on special projects with the team
• Assist AR/AP data entry
• Back-up for Employee Onboarding as needed

Requirements:

• Previous payroll experience required
• QuickBooks experience recommended
• Inova/UKG Ready experience helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Maintain strict confidentiality
