Payroll Specialist Payroll (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Handle payroll-related activities, including attendance, overtime, allowances, tax, and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and government authorities (SSO, Revenue Department, etc.).
• Maintain payroll and HR data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employees and managers by addressing payroll-related inquiries and providing excellent service.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and HR digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Strong understanding of payroll practices, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
