Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily payroll processing and administrative tasks
• Enter and update employee payroll information accurately
• Maintain payroll records, files, and supporting documents
• Check employee working hours, attendance, and leave information
• Prepare basic payroll reports and spreadsheets
• Assist with payroll-related employee inquiries
• Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information
• Provide general HR and administrative support when needed

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, diploma, degree, or equivalent
• Previous payroll, HR, finance, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Good numerical and organizational skills
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
