Job Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and processing employee payroll accurately and on schedule
• Maintain employee payroll records and update relevant information
• Review attendance, timesheets, overtime, and leave records
• Help prepare salary statements and payroll reports
• Check payroll data for accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies
• Respond to employee inquiries about salary payments and payroll records
• Maintain organized payroll documents and digital files
• Support the HR and finance departments with administrative duties
• Handle confidential employee information responsibly
• Follow company payroll procedures and applicable regulations

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience is an advantage but not essential
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
