The Role

Here's what you'll own day to day:

• Managing the full monthly payroll cycle for Thailand, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Processing inputs across new starters, leavers, allowances, bonuses, and adjustments
• Maintaining compliance with Thailand's statutory obligations, including PND, SSF, and Provident Fund
• Validating attendance, overtime, and leave data in close partnership with HR and line managers
• Conducting regular audits and reconciliations to uphold payroll integrity
• Supporting process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and UAT activities

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you bring:

• Written and spoken fluency in Thai (essential for this role)
• A degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years' payroll experience with a solid focus on Thailand
• Sound knowledge of local statutory compliance and employment legislation
• Confidence working with payroll vendors, HRIS, and Time & Attendance platforms
• Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing priorities

This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur.
