Payroll Specialist ( Urgent Hiring)

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave, deductions, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in handling payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify attendance, leave, LOP, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
• Calculate salaries, deductions, arrears, reimbursements, and bonuses.
• Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and MIS.
• Resolve employee queries related to salary and deductions.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and payroll compliance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
