Payroll Staff

1. Process attendance and overtime to support payroll.
2. Prepare operator payroll, payslips, and tax data.
3. Calculate employee termination-related payments.
4. Coordinate employee bank account matters with banking partners.
5. Manage employee data and HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
6. Prepare employment contracts, employee appointment letters, and other HR documents.
7. Handle employee movement and resignation administration, including promotion, demotion, rotation, and exit documentation.
8. Compile employee headcount, turnover, payroll, and other HR reports.
9. Handle PKWT reporting to Disnaker.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or HR Operations.
3. Good understanding of employee administration and payroll processes.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with a large volume of employee data.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with HR systems.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
8. Proficient in English (speaking & writing).
