Payroll Staff

Payroll Processing:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Compliance Management:
• Handles government mandated contributions (SSS, Philhealth, Pag Ibig) and Tax fillings.
• Employee Records:
• Maintain and update payroll files, attendance and leave records.
• Reporting:
• Generate payroll reports for Management and audit purposes

Issue Resolution: Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, deductions, and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA license or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in auditing, with exposure to executive support roles an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with audit software/tools.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability.

Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
