Payroll Staff (Project-Based)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits tasks while ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations.

• Act as first-level point of contact between HRSS and employees in resolving payroll-related queries

• Perform payroll coding, support HR Shared Services metrics, and ensure timely payroll processing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business, Math, or HR course

• At least 1 – 3 years of experience in payroll processing

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deliverables

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage

• Must be willing to report to the office 3 - 4x a week

• Project-based for 6 months
