You’ll review and approve employee expenses and support accurate, timely reimbursement processes
You’ll lead payroll process and systems improvements, including the creation of SOPs, documentation, and scalable workflows
You’ll support internal and external audits, investigate complex payroll issues, and ensure legislative compliance
You’ll build strong relationships across Finance, HR, operations, management, and senior leadership
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle Canadian payroll experience, including high-volume payroll environments
5+ years of people management or payroll team lead experience
Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, year-end requirements, T4s, T4As, and ROEs
Proven experience improving payroll systems, processes, workflows, and documentation
