Payroll Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process for all employees.
• Review and verify payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, allowances, and benefits.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll and employee compensation records.
• Review attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information before processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll, tax, social security, and labor regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and provide payroll-related information to management and Finance/HR teams.
• Reconcile payroll records with accounting records and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to employee questions regarding salaries, deductions, benefits, and payroll matters.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to resolve payroll issues.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate payroll staff.
• Maintain payroll procedures, internal controls, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll audits and provide supporting documentation when required.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
• Perform other payroll and HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll, with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor regulations, and payroll-related taxes.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
