PAYROLL SUPERVISOR

The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processing while overseeing payroll administration, employee data, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of attendance, leave, overtime, and employee payroll data.
• Review payroll calculations and conduct reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage employee administration related to BPJS, tax, payroll records, and employee benefits.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable Indonesian manpower and tax regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and provide payroll-related analysis and information to management.
• Continuously improve payroll processes, controls, and HR administration systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing, BPJS, PPh 21, attendance, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll, employment, and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be based in Semarang, Central Java.
