Payroll Supervisor

About the role

Lead Payroll Excellence | Process Improvement | HR Technology. You will manage end-to-end payroll operations for approximately 500 employees while driving HR digitalization and automation initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 500 employees with high accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Maintain employee master data including onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and resignations.
• Review attendance, leave records, overtime, shift schedules, and payroll inputs.
• Calculate salaries, taxes, social security, provident fund contributions, and statutory deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports and payment approval documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Management, and employees to resolve payroll matters.
• Lead payroll process improvement, HRIS enhancement, and automation projects using digital tools.
• Capable of developing and presenting yearly, quarterly, and monthly business reports to management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of Thai labor law, payroll compliance, personal income tax, and social security regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Tiger System is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Power BI and Power Automate is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Candidates with payroll experience in automotive manufacturing or automotive parts industries will receive special consideration.
