Payroll Supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 （实际工作地点：南通高新技术产业开发区金桥路1088号‌） ________________________________________ Position Summary The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and continuous improvement of payroll operations. The role manages payroll administration, statutory reporting, payroll controls, audits, vendor coordination, and payroll-related employee inquiries while providing leadership and guidance to the payroll team. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Payroll Operations

• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure 100% accuracy and 100% on-time payroll delivery.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and pre-payroll audit checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Review payroll calculations related to tax, social insurance, housing fund, and other statutory contributions.
• Ensure accurate payroll accounting interfaces and coordination with Finance. Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance, housing fund, and company policies.
• Maintain payroll documentation, records, and audit trails.
• Support internal and external payroll audits.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess payroll impact. HRIS & Data Management
• Partner with HR Operations and HRIS teams to ensure accurate employee data maintenance.
• Lead payroll system testing for process improvements, annual updates, and policy changes. Employee Services
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries and escalations in a timely manner.
• Provide payroll-related guidance to site HR Managers, managers, and employees.
• Support payroll communication and employee education initiatives. Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare payroll relating financial reports, labor cost analysis, and statutory reports.
• Continuously track payroll team KPI to ensure processing efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll controls and streamline processes. Team Leadership
• Supervise and develop payroll team members.
• Establish payroll SOPs and ensure consistent execution.
• Coach and train team members on payroll processes, compliance requirements, and system usage. ________________________________________ Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience
• 8–10 years of payroll experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing payroll for large manufacturing workforce populations (5,000+).
• Experience with fast expanding business is highly preferred.
• Experience with outsourcing manpower vendor management preferred. Technical Skills
• Solid knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, social insurance, and housing fund administration.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong excel and data analysis skills.
