Payroll Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Supervise and review the payroll team's work to maintain operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and government authorities on payroll-related matters.
• Prepare payroll reports and analysis for management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas).
• Experience using Bplus Payroll systems.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Chinese language proficiency (HSK 5 or above) is an advantage.
