Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Supervisor with strong experience managing the back end of ADP and supporting payroll and HR-related processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and ADP Workforce Management (WFM) , along with strong administrative and Excel skills.

Qualifications:

ADP experience required, specifically with the back end of ADP.

ADP Workforce Now (WFN) experience is required.

ADP Workforce Management (WFM) experience is required.

Experience as an ADP Admin User.

Previous HR Generalist experience required.

Intermediate-level Excel experience required.

Must be fluent in Spanish.

Strong understanding of payroll and HR administration.

Ability to work confidently within ADP systems and manage administrative functions.
