Payroll Supervisor

Role Description The Payroll Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kamayut, responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processing for the organization. This role manages payroll schedules, reviews and approves payroll calculations, and ensures timely and accurate payments to employees. Daily tasks include validating time and attendance data, handling payroll adjustments, and coordinating with HR and Finance on employee changes and compensation updates. The Payroll Supervisor monitors compliance with applicable tax and labor regulations, manages reporting, and resolves payroll-related issues and employee inquiries. The role also supports process improvements, maintains payroll documentation, and assists with audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Strong payroll administration skills, including experience managing full-cycle Payroll Administration and understanding of taxation.
• Solid knowledge of Employee Benefits and how they integrate into payroll calculations and reporting.
• Foundational Accounting skills to reconcile payroll accounts, support financial reporting and ensure data accuracy.
• Experience supervising or leading a payroll team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel, including data validation and reporting tools.
• High level of attention to detail, confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with HR, Finance, and operational teams.
• Any Graduated and diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
