Payroll Supervisor - Trillium Pre School

• Supervise the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for all employees
• Review and verify payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leaves, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and salary adjustments
• Ensure payroll calculations are accurate and comply with company policies and applicable Egyptian labor laws
• Oversee employee payroll records and maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date documentation
• Monitor attendance and leave records and coordinate with HR and school administration to resolve discrepancies
• Manage payroll-related taxes, social insurance contributions, and other statutory deductions in accordance with applicable regulations
• Review final settlements for resigned and terminated employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely processing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in payroll operations, preferably with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary structures, compensation, benefits, and final settlements
• Good understanding of Egyptian labor law, income tax regulations, and social insurance requirements
• Experience handling payroll for a large workforce; experience in the education or preschool sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS/payroll systems; experience with Menaitech is an advantage
