Payroll Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and payroll-related activities.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and master data.
• Verify attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Assist with salary calculations, deductions, arrears, and other payroll inputs.
• Assist in Full & Final (F&F) settlement processing for exiting employees.
• Coordinate for recovery, notice period, leave balance, and other F&F-related inputs.
• Prepare and maintain payroll and F&F trackers.
• Handle email follow-ups with employees, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up for pending documents, approvals, attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Support PF, ESIC, PT, and other payroll-related statutory activities.
• Respond to basic employee payroll-related queries and coordinate for resolution.
• Maintain proper payroll and employee documentation.
• Ensure all payroll activities are completed accurately and within timelines.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Payroll and F&F process.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good email drafting and follow-up skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain trackers and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, and PT will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
