Payroll Systems Consultant

An experienced Payroll Systems Transformation Consultant is required to support a large-scale review of payroll operations, systems utilisation and service delivery. This contract will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting future-state payroll transformation initiatives.

Our client is currently undertaking a significant business transformation program. They are seeking a highly experienced payroll systems specialist to assess current operating practices and provide recommendations for future optimisation.

Description

• Analyse payroll support trends and recurring issues
• Assess current utilisation of UKG Pro and Chris21 functionality
• Review payroll processes, workflows and operating practices
• Conduct process reviews and gap analysis activities
• Evaluate governance and accountability frameworks
• Review operational effectiveness across payroll service delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
• Support future-state operating model recommendations
• Deliver findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Advanced Chris21 experience
• Strong payroll systems knowledge
• Practical payroll operations experience
• Proven process improvement capability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
• Experience conducting reviews, assessments and gap analysis
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Consulting, transformation or business analysis experience
