מלם שכר מגייסת רכז/ת מערכות השכר במשרה מלאה א’-ה’ בירושלים. התפקיד כולל ליווי ותמיכה מקצועית ללקוחות העובדים עם מערכת מלם שכר עבודה מול מספר לקוחות במקביל. מתן מענה שוטף: בירור סוגיות שכר, פתרון בעיות וטיפול בבקשות לקוח מקצה לקצה, יישום והטמעה של תהליכי שכר במערכת, התאמות, בדיקות ותיקוף תוצרים, טיפול ברשויות מקומיות, התאמת המערכת לשינויים רגולטוריים ועדכוני חקיקה, תוך עבודה עם גורמים מקצועיים וחשבי שכר. עבודה בסביבה מקצועית מאוד, עם חשיפה לידע רחב ולמגוון מורכבויות שכר במשק.
