JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end to end payroll processes including preparing payroll calculations, computation to ensure efficiency (completeness and accuracy in timely manner)
• Lead C&B team to implement company C&B strategy, policy and procedure, continuously revise and perfect relative C&B policy and procedure as request.
• Lead team to prepare monthly salary report, resigned employee’s salary report and other analysis report.
• Monitor and ensure that payroll processes are comply with the company governance and statutory requirements
• Provide assistant for annual performance review, prepare merit increase summary report.
• Support and implement the HRIS system through go-live
• Another task from superior.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and C&B, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and related statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). Chinese language ability is a plus.
