Payroll

Assistance in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy (collection of information/ data entry/ holidays entry/ new starters enrolment/ electronic system information analysis, maintenance and update employee records).

Holidays and absence management.

Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR and payroll related queries providing accurate and timely resolution

Support the administration of human resources functions including onboarding, offboarding, and other HR tasks.

Undertake ad-hoc projects when required.

Experience/Skills Required

· Must have strong attention to detail

• First class written and verbal communication skills, and a professional telephone manner
• Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

· IT and technology experience is a must (being familiar with electronic systems is a bonus but not essential).

• Payroll experience is required.

· Good knowledge of employment law and Sage Payroll is an advantage

· Be a team player, able to multitask. Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

· Hard Working - Strong work ethic, prepared to go the extra mile

· Be confident and an all rounder

6 months FTC with a view to perm role - Immediate Start

Flexible Options Available:

Part time position with possibility of extended hours.

Salary: £25.000 - £30.000 full time equivalent (pro rata 4- 6 hours per day)
