Your Role

• Provide endtoend application support and maintenance, ensuring smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders with strong communication for effective problemsolving and updates.
• Utilize solid understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support application functionalities.
• Analyze recurring issues, propose improvements, and ensure adherence to SLAs and best practices in application support.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of handson experience in Oracle PBCS, including application support, administration, and maintenance activities.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, system enhancements, and ensuring smooth daytoday PBCS operations.
• Solid understanding of core finance functions such as budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
