PBX Operator/Receptionist

The Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk while serving as the initial point of contact for the Council.

1)    High school diploma or GED.
2)    Two (2) years of clerical experience preferred.
3)    Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred (at least one person in the position must be bilingual in English and Spanish.)
4)    Must possess excellent customer service skills.
5)    Must have excellent communications skills
