What they need
- Manage and monitor system development projects and timelines.
- Provide ERP and application support to users.
- Manage MSSQL databases, including database structure and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, database, and technical issues.
- Maintain system documentation and reports.
- Conduct user training for new staff and after system upgrades.
- Work closely with IT teams and users to ensure smooth system operations.
- Perform other IT-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
