PC Support Technician

We are looking for a PC Support Technician to provide technical support to users in an enterprise computing environment. The role includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, operating system, network, and peripheral issues, as well as supporting users across Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI, and Active Directory environments.

Requirements:

• Hands-on knowledge and experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2010/2016 and Office 365 applications.
• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
• Knowledge and experience working in VDI environments.
• Experience supporting and working with Active Directory.
• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting hardware and peripheral equipment.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support / technical support.
• Experience providing telephone support to users in a computing environment.
• Experience working in a medium or large-scale organization – an advantage.
• High proficiency in Hebrew, both written and spoken, and good English skills, including the ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Strong self-learning skills, a methodical and organized approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
• Candidates must meet one of the following education/training requirements:
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; or
• A bachelor’s degree in another field plus at least 100 hours of professional IT training relevant to the role; or
• Practical Engineer/Technician diploma in Computers or Technology, or an academic degree in a computer-related field; or
• No academic degree, with at least 150 hours of professional IT training relevant to the role; or
• Relevant technological experience gained during military service, subject to appropriate certification.
