Job Title : PC - Treasury

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate daily P&L reporting for trading desks
• Perform P&L reconciliation across systems and reports
• Analyze and explain P&L movements and variances
• Ensure accurate balance sheet reporting and month-end closure
• Maintain financial controls and compliance standards
• Provide advisory support on trades and new products
• Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, and Finance teams
• Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies
• Support audit activities and compliance reviews
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Handle product control related projects
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and management

Requisites

• MBA (Finance) / CA or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of Fixed Income and financial products
• Understanding of P&L, valuation, and product control
• Experience in trade lifecycle and booking structures
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VBA is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
• Ability to work with financial data and systems
• Experience in audit and compliance processes
• High attention to detail and logical reasoning
