About the Role:

Le' Feather Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our growing team in Little Rock, Pine Bluff, El Dorado, Monticello, Cabot and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
• Smartphone & EVV: Must have a reliable smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications, including CareSmartz360, to clock in/out, document services, and complete required visit documentation.
