Job Overview
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. You will provide compassionate care and support to clients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, retirement homes, nursing homes, and group homes. Your primary focus will be on helping clients maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following proper hygiene practices and safety protocols.

Skills

• Familiarity with First Aid procedures to ensure client safety during emergencies.
• Ability to provide compassionate support while respecting client dignity and privacy.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for assisting clients with transportation needs.
