We are a small, caring Family Care Home dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents. We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and responsible caregivers who genuinely enjoy working with older adults and want to make a positive difference in their daily lives.

The caregiver will provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping maintain their dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Provide assistance with meals and hydration.
• Administer medications according to training, certification, and facility policies.
• Take and document vital signs as required.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and other resident-care duties.
• Follow each resident's care plan and facility procedures.
• Complete accurate documentation and shift reports.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, healthcare providers, and other staff

Required:

• Previous experience working with seniors, assisted living, family care homes, home care, or a similar setting.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Current CNA certification
• Medication Technician/Med Tech certification or experience
• PCA or personal care experience
• Experience working with residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments
• CPR/First Aid certification

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
