Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Sitters, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care and support to clients in various settings. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being. Candidates should be committed to delivering personalized care with a focus on client communication, senior care, home care, and working with individuals with disabilities. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring personalized care.
• Support seniors and individuals with disabilities in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
• Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns to supervising healthcare professionals promptly.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care, including meal preparation and medication reminders as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client interactions.

• Prior experience as a PCA, Sitter, or CNA is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
