We are currently recruiting for an experienced PCB Assembler to join an established electronics manufacturing business in Crawley.

The role will suit someone with hands-on experience assembling and soldering printed circuit boards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder PCBs.
• Through-hole and surface-mount soldering
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and rectify assembly and soldering defects
• Use hand tools and electronic assembly equipment
• Follow production procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements
• Work to production targets and deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous PCB assembly experience
• Good soldering skills and attention to detail
• Able to read basic engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Experience working within an electronics or manufacturing environment
• Reliable, organised and quality-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
