PCB In Circuit Testing Technician

Key Responsibilities

I. Be solely responsible for daily operation of In-Circuit Test (ICT) equipment and production testing support.

II. Inspect, maintain, clean ICT test fixtures and replace test probes as required.

III. Resolve ICT test abnormalities, test failures, and equipment alarm issues in a timely manner.

IV. Assist engineers in ICT test program verification, fault analysis, and testing performance optimization.

V. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) on ICT equipment, and maintain complete maintenance and repair records.

VI. Ensure reliable operation of ICT test equipment and provide prompt support to meet production line requirements.

VII. Accurately record test data, fault symptoms, and repair outcomes, and report any abnormalities to supervisors in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum educational qualification: Diploma.
2. Willing to work rotating shifts.
3. Prior working experience in ICT testing or the electronics manufacturing industry.
4. Familiar with ICT test equipment operation and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) testing processes.
5. Possess basic knowledge of electronic circuits and demonstrate fault diagnosis and troubleshooting abilities.
6. Capable of performing ICT test fixture inspection, maintenance, and handling basic equipment malfunctions.
7. Candidates with experience in ICT test fixture maintenance, test program operation, or equipment preventive maintenance will be given priority.
