PCB Layout工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Support Hardware Design Engineer to do PCBA Layout based on below conditions:

• Dual 3-phase Inverter, VCU will common use one TC397 as micro-processor
• PCBA schematic has been done
• PCBA component packaging has been 95% done
• Control and power PCBA will be integrated as on board
• HV and AC EMC filter will be individual board Main Responsibilities:
• Perform PCBA layout and tracing design according to hardware schematic individually
• Generate PCBA manufacturing related documents such as Gerber, BOM, manufacturing book
• Support PCBA layout design review as per layout rules and DFM from suppliers
• Provide support review of PCBA quality and commissioning testing documents
• Support PCBA level commissioning test.
• Provide PCBA component library maintenance according to PCBA DFM
• Provide improvement suggestions to PCBA schematic and EMC design Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in power electronics or similar
• Over 6 years of Hardware design engineering experience in automotive Inverter and VCU
• Hands on experiences of schematic design and PCBA layout and tracing with Altium designer
• Deep understanding PCBA layout rules and guidelines for high power electronics, digital circuit and analog circuit
• Be familiar with EMC design and thermal design rules of Inverter and VCU hardware system
• Be familiar with PCBA manufacturing process and SMT process
• Having hardware design, simulation and commissioning experience, will be better
• Good sense of teamwork
• Good communication skills
