What they need

We design and manufacture the electronics that make robots move, listen and see: brushless motor controllers, remote control systems and video transmission technology. Everything is designed by our own engineers and built in-house in Hong Kong.

We need someone who lives in Altium and takes pride in a clean board. Our engineers hand you a schematic. You hand back a board that fits, works, and can be built on our own line. This is a layout role, not a schematic design role.

We're hiring at any level. Juniors work alongside senior engineers and learn fast. Seniors own the hardest boards and set the standard. We don't have managers and we don't have approval chains.

What You'll Do

  • Lay out multilayer boards in Altium Designer, from high-current motor controllers to compact radio and video boards
  • Route power stages, RF sections, sensitive analog and high-speed digital on the same board without them fighting each other
  • Build and maintain footprints, 3D models and library parts to our standards
  • Define stackups and design rules with our fab vendors
  • Fit boards into tight mechanical envelopes, working directly with our mechanical engineers
  • Produce complete release packages: fabrication, assembly and pick-and-place outputs
  • Walk onto the production floor, see what went wrong, and fix it in the next revision

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Real PCB layout work in Altium Designer that you can show us: shipped products, or serious personal and school projects if you're junior
  • A degree or diploma in electronics or a related field, or the experience to make that irrelevant
  • You understand why a layout works electrically: return paths, current loops, impedance, thermal
  • DFM awareness for SMT assembly
  • Careful documentation habits. If your release package needs a phone call to explain, it isn't finished
  • Working English, Cantonese or Mandarin (either is OK)

For senior candidates:

  • 5+ years of layout, with boards taken into volume production
  • Experience with at least one of: RF layout, high-current motor drives, HDI
  • You've worked directly with fab houses on stackups and impedance control

Bonus points:

  • Background in motor control, wireless links or video systems
  • ECAD–MCAD collaboration with SolidWorks
  • Flex or rigid-flex experience
  • Cantonese or Putonghua

Why Join Us

  • You see it built. Your boards come off our own line, and you can hold the finished product.
  • No hierarchy. Flat structure, high trust, zero politics.
  • Hard boards. High currents, RF and tight spaces, often all at once.
  • Room to grow. Level and pay follow your ability, not your years.
