PCB Layout Expert

该职位来源于猎聘 Job responsibilities: 1, Lead the top-level PCB technical solution, material selection(substrates, copper foil, surface finish, ect.) and process roadmap definition for automotive lighting products(LDM, full -width tail lamp, and headlamp – ADB and HD, etc.) 2, Lead the creation and maintenance of internal PCB design guidelines and lesson learn, and layout checklist(summary all special PCB requirements of OEMs - material and process), ensure optimal performance , manufacturability, and cost balance

3, As the expert to mentor the PCB layout review, and provide on-job training for junior engineers.

4, Establish and maintain our company’s PCB material application and selection database ( FR4, Metal core, Flexible PCB) 5, Establish and maintain our company’s PCB supplier database (including technology and process capability, cost and support)

6, Conduct in-depth research on the latest technologies, processes, materials of PCB in automotive field, cooperated with thermal, mechanical, electronical engineers to solve thermal management issue from PCB material and process perspectives. 7, Guarantee high-speed data signal integrity, conducting SI/PI simulation and design optimization 8, Act as the PCB technical interface , collaborating closely with optical, mechanical, thermal, electrical and supply chain teams. 9, Deeply engage in supplier technical evaluations, leading the introduction and qualification of new PCB processes and materials(high thermal conductivity substrates, high performance flexible materials, etc. 10, Provide top-tier technical support for PCB related quality issues during mass production, leading the root-cause analysis and permanent corrective action implementation) Job Requirement: 1, Bachelor degree or above

2, More than 10 years of PCB layout experience with proven experience in successfully mass-production product in the automotive lighting or related field

3, Proficient in the entire design flow for High-speed/high power/High -density PCBs with at least above 6 layer PCB layout experience.
