Experience: Minimum 3 years in PCB Assembly

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Description The PCB Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components on PCBs, soldering, visual inspection, and operating SMT and THP production equipment . The role involves operating solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place, reflow, automatic inspection, washing, conformal coating, and functional testing equipment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PCB Assembly.
• Experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, solder paste printing, and PCB testing.
• Knowledge of electronic components, SMD land patterns, solder paste, and reflow processes.
• Experience using soldering stations and hand tools.
• Knowledge of ESD precautions and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, job specifications, and PCB loading lists.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify component defects.
• PCB Assembly Operator certification is an advantage.
