PCB | Materials/Warehouse Technician

We are seeking a dependable and organized Receiving Warehouse Technician to join our team.

Position Summary

The Receiving Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving and documenting incoming materials and supplies, distributing materials to internal departments, maintaining raw-material inventory, and supporting vendor quality and material discrepancy processes. This position works closely with internal departments and suppliers and requires strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reports to: Production Manager

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive materials and supplies and accurately document receipts in applicable logs and records.
• Distribute materials and supplies to internal departments as needed.
• Maintain laminate raw-material inventory and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Participate in Vendor Performance Review Meetings.
• Issue Vendor Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) as applicable.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepant materials and coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) activities.
• Work effectively with internal departments to support material availability and receiving requirements.
• Follow applicable company procedures, safety requirements, quality requirements, and material-handling practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous receiving, warehouse, materials, inventory, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with raw materials or manufacturing supplies.
• Experience with inventory records or material tracking systems.
• Experience communicating with vendors or suppliers regarding discrepancies or returns.
• Experience working in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 pounds and safely operate a forklift. The position may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and other physical activities associated with receiving and material-handling duties. Work Environment

This position works in a manufacturing and warehouse/receiving environment and requires adherence to applicable safety, quality, FOD prevention, product safety, and material-handling requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $20.00–$30.00 per hour

The actual hourly rate offered will be based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and business considerations.
