Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in PCB inspection, quality control, or electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of visual inspection, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), SMT, and through-hole soldering.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards, ESD handling, and the use of microscopes and multimeters.
• Strong attention to detail and experience preparing inspection and defect reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and AOI inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to identify defects and quality issues.
• Inspect SMT and through-hole soldering based on IPC-A-610 standards.
• Operate microscopes, multimeters, and other testing equipment for PCB inspection and testing.
• Document inspection results, record defects, and prepare accurate quality reports.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring defects and support continuous quality improvement.
