Role & responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair PCB boards at the component level.
- Test and validate repaired boards before dispatch.
- Analyze PCB failures and identify root causes.
- Perform soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement.
- Maintain repair and service records.
- Support customers with technical troubleshooting and service activities.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical issues.
- Follow ESD and quality standards during repair and testing.
