PCBA BOM Specialist

Educational Background

• A degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 6 months  to 1 year experience in PCBA, BOM management and component sourcing, or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with BOM version control, ECO processes, and cross-department coordination.
• Familiarity with PCB and mechanical fabrication, component identification, datasheet validation and AVL management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to minimize errors and optimize supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with electronic component sourcing and procurement strategies to ensure reliable supply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

• Advanced in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data validation).
• Understanding of component specifications, PCB fabrication, mechanical and assembly processes, and electrical design documentation.
• Strong documentation and configuration control skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, especially in component validation and BOM integrity.

Residence

• Residing or near Dasmarinas Cavite
• Willing to be relocated if not residing / near Dasmarinas (staff house provided)
