PCBA Engineering or Production Manager/ Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PCBA Engineering or Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing and production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise production processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and manufacturing procedures.
• Implement and maintain 8S practices to ensure a safe environment.
• Ensure production processes comply with company standards, quality requirements, safety regulations and customer requirements.
• Monitor and manage production KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Drive a strong culture of operational discipline, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a manager/supervisor.
• Experience in manufacturing/production/engineering management.
• Knowledge of server PCBA or related electronic industries is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
