Work Experience

• Entry level position. Candidates with no experience are welcomed as full training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Applicants with similar or relevant experience are also welcome and will be considered

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Malay & English
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage but not compulsory (to communicate with colleague from Taiwan)

Job Description

1. Analysis and repair of defective products on production lines
2. Count the reasons for defects, analyze the reasons, and make reports
3. Responsible for the defect analysis of new products in the NPI stage and cooperate with RD for repairs
4. Responsible for the preparation of maintenance SOP and establishment of maintenance technical manual

Other Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work efficiently within the team
• Excellent hands-on operational and practical technical skills
• Holds an interest in working with mechanical equipment and automated systems
• Patient, meticulous, and dedicated in learning basic tasks and advancing step by step
