PCBA Quality Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Monitors quality progress and performance and makes corrections as needed. Functions as quality assurance on new product development, mass product quality improvement .
• Drive product quality improvement
• Monitor the tracking of field problems & complaints to push the improvement
• Controls MFG quality performance and analyze MFG issues
• Warranty and CONC analyze and improve
• Monitor related NPD product development
• Serves as Customer representative to ensure that customer requirements are addressed"

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• ISO & industrial standard, QC tools,  electric knowledge
• Test Plan, Target setting, Performance review, Good communication
